The Empire Keeshond club members did very well at the Finger lakes shows in September 2008!!!!

Sweetkees Keeshonden would like to announce that  "Rutkay Saphire Sadie"  took her first major on Thursday at the Finger lakes. This was a three point major.

Rutkay Keeshonden would like to announce that  "Rutkay Kissa Me Too"  won "two" four point majors  at both the Finger Lakes Kennel Club and the Elmira Kennel Club shows at the Finger Lakes in September.

Jocose Keeshonden would like to announce that with a little help from a lot  of our friends, "Gage" Jocose Good 'Nuff is now an American champion since winning a four point major at the Finger Lakes shows in September

Quickees Money Shot (Bert) was Winners Dog and B.O.W from the bred-by-exhibitor class at the Chenango Kennel Club shows held at Bainbridge, N.Y. on June 28, 2008 under AKC judge Cathy DiGiacomo. This was a three point major to add to the 8 points that  Bert has. He closing in on his Championship.....

The Specialty held by the club at Owego, N.Y.  on August 16, 2008 has also created a couple of club member brags.

First: Sweetkees Cheyenne Rutkay owned by Tammy and Vern Sweet was Best of Opposite sex in the Sweepstakes judged by Ellen Dowd.

The next honor they recieved was R.W.B in the regular classes with Rutkay Saphire Saddie owned by Tammy and Vern Sweet and L. Mae Evans....
